Siya, Sushi and Sharon
We can always redeem the man who aspires and strives.Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
There is no happiness except in the realization that we have accomplished something.Henry Ford
In absence of clearly defined goals, we become strangely loyal to performing daily acts of trivia.Author Unknown
Last Tuesday, I had the opportunity to go to Orchid Country Club to be a part of a sports exhibition. There were many sports personnel there. Some having represented the nation and others who are in it for business.
The booth next to mine was taken up by members of the Silat Sports Academy.
My interest is peaked! ;)
Nuff said.
Shall write more when I take up Malay, but that’s another story for another time.
Had dinner with Siya last night @ AMK Hub.
BEEN MORE THAN A YEAR SINCE I LAST SAW HER LOR!!!!
It’s great to finally hang out with a pal after so long J
Congrat’s on finding joy with your job Siya! Not many new grads can say that they like their jobs…haha
We ate at Ichiban Sushi and then proceeded to go shopping…
That woman can really shop xia~
She win’s me hands down!
Haha… Hopefully the next time we meet up, I will have a proper salary and enough space to have a proper shopping adventure with her. Then again, even closet space would not stop me from having a good time with my friend! :D
Sometimes it truly is frightful – the things people are capable of doing.
Our capacity to harm others never fails to morbidly amaze and disgust me. With or without intent, the fact that we can even get down to making something happen goes to show how much it was already imbedded in us in the first place.
Then, catastrophes strike all over and when you think that there is no hope for us mortals – people go surprise you and make you thank God for all the things He has created. Yes, there is still hope – and hope is a good thing.
Toodles for now~
^-^
